CASC to start wrestling program

The Carl Albert State College Board of Regents unanimously approved adding men’s wrestling next school year and women’s wrestling the following year at Tuesday afternoon’s meeting at the CASC-Sallisaw campus. SALLISAW – Carl Albert State College will offer a collegiate wrestling program beginning with the fall 2021 semester.

CASC regents voted unanimously to approve the program Monday while meeting at the Sallisaw campus. Several area wrestling supporters attended the meeting in support of the move.
