Irma Evangelina Briano Martin del Campo, 68, of Heavener, was born Aug. 30, 1952 in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico to Juan Briano and Maria del Socorro Martin del Campo and passed away March 3, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
A private memorial service is 6 p.m. Sunday at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener.
Irma was a homemaker. She loved cooking, reading, writing, sewing, listening to music and spending time with her family and friends. Irma was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, cousin and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving family members are five daughters Irma del Rocio Guzman Briano of San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Angelica Maria Guzman Briano of Heavener, Evangelina Guzman Briano of Tennessee, Mireya Guzman Briano of Heavener and Jessica Loera of Heavener; two sons Ismael Guzman Briano of Mexico and Cesar Alejandro Guzman Briano of Heavener; 10 grandchildren Maria Luisa Vargas Guzman of Mexico, Nomar Vargas Guzman of Mexico, Josep Hernandez Guzman of Mexico, Yelena Hernandez Guzman of Mexico, Brenda Macias Guzman of Heavener, Joseph De la Cruz of Tennessee, Jacob de la Cruz of Tennessee, Katherine Vasquez Guzman of Heavener, Bryan A. Hernandez Guzman of Heavener and Denise M. Guzman of Tulsa; and numerous cousins, other relatives, and a host of many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Maria del Socorra Matin del Campo and Juan Briano; and a sister, Martha Elena Briano.
Viewing is from noon to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday, and noon to 3 p.m. Sunday.
