Poteau to offer amnesty program

POTEAU – People with outstanding arrest warrants from the Poteau Municipal Court can get a break during March.

The city will offer its amnesty program again, allowing violators to pay the cost of the original fine with no fees. The fees being waived include $30 for warrants, $174 for failure to appear or failure to pay and 35 percent for collections.
