HOWE – Francis Gene “Jack” Clinton, 77, of Howe was born May 20, 1943 in Wister to Russell Gene and Edna Ruby (Pearson) Clinton and passed away Feb. 13, 2021 in Howe.
Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener.
Jack was a long-time resident of the area and a truck driver. He loved playing music, especially his guitar and sing. He also loved fishing and camping. Jack was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving family members are his wife, Susan Clinton, of the home; one daughter, Linda Clinton, of Heavener; two step-daughters Kimberly Hill and husband Danny of Howe, and Stalea Woodral and husband Derek of Shady Point; three sons Donnie Clinton and wife Toni Lynn of Heavener, Charles Clinton and wife Brenda of Midland, Arkansas, and Jackie Clinton and wife Mandy of Conway, Arkansas; two sisters Hilda Cole of Heavener and Willa Meeks of Heavener; one brother Dewayne Clinton and wife Freda of Wister; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Gene and Edna Ruby (Pearson) Clinton.
