LeFLORE – Adam Dale Cormier, 76, of LeFlore, was born May 14, 1944 in Lake Arthur, Louisiana to Florence Crader and passed away Jan. 23, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home in Heavener.
Dale was a long-time resident of the area and retired from medical record coding. He loved fishing, crawfish boils, camping, and watching LSU football. Dale really loved watching his grandkids play sports and spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Surviving family members are his wife, Suzie Cormier, of the home; one daughter Brandy Luman and husband Brian of LeFlore; one son Bryan Cormier and wife Lisa of Poteau; four grandchildren Megan Luman, Emma Luman, Ryan Lumen and Paiton Cormier; one honorary son, Justin Durant; and four honorary grandchildren Jasper Pruitt, Andrea Martindale, Dallas McKinney and Mannie McKinney.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Crader; and two brothers Curtis Cormier and KoKo Cormier.
