LeFlore County will have another cold day Thursday with a mix of rain and snow.
The high will only be 42 degrees with a low of 31 degrees.
A river flood warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for the Poteau River near Panama. As of Wednesday, the stage was 22.3 feet. Flood stage is 29.0 feet. Water level is expected to rise to 29.1 feet Thursday before dropping back below the stage early Friday morning.
