POTEAU – Four elected county officials were sworn into office on Monday.
New District 2 County Commissioner Cody Covey, Court Clerk Melba Hall, County Clerk Kelli Ford and Sheriff Rodney Derryberry were sworn in by Judge Marion Fry before the county commissioners regular meeting.
Craig Olive was named chairman of the commissioners and the county Building Authority, while Derwin Gist was named vice-chairman of both bodies.
