The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a flash flood watch from Wednesday at 6 a.m. through Thursday at midnight.
Multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall are expected from Wednesday morning through Thursday evening. Total rainfall amounts from three to five inches will be common, with isolated totals up to seven inches possible.
Both flash flooding and rises on rivers can be expected.
