Broken Bow holds off Howe

TALIHINA – Broken Bow’s boys advanced to the finals of the Choctaw Nation Invitational Tournament with a 58-56 win over Howe Friday.

In other games, Pocola’s boys downed Talihina, 53-46, and Rattan overcame Poteau, 47-41. The Poteau girls defeated Hugo, 52-38.

In Saturday’s games, for the boys Howe plays Roland at 5:40 p.m., Pocola goes against Rattan at 3 and Poteau faces Talihina at 12:20.

Pocola’s girls are in the championship game at 7 and Poteau’s girls play at 1:40.
