LeFlore County had 50 new coronavirus cases in Friday’s report from the Oklahoma Department of Health, including one death of an Arkoma man 65-and-older from the virus or complications due to coronavirus.
Poteau had 22 new cases, Spiro had five, Bokoshe, Cameron, Pocola and Wister all had four, Heavener and Howe both had two, while Arkoma and Panama each had one.
Active cases are 249, up 19 from Thursday. LeFlore County has now had 2,587 cases, 2,311 recoveries and 27 deaths from the virus or complications due to coronavirus.
