The Heavener Utilities Authority and City Council will meet Thursday in regular business meetings at 6 p.m. in Heavener’s City Hall at 103 East Avenue B.

  1. Consider, discuss, and take action on scope change to include water collections and distribution by US Water.
  1. Consider, discuss and take action on a proposed relinquishment of easement to the old city dam, Easement #DA-34-066-CIVENG-64-316.
  1. New Business / Public Comments (the public will be recognized by the chairman from a sign-in sheet where each citizen wishing to address the board of trustees shall sign their name and the request or purpose for being recognized).

  1. Consider, discuss, and take action to approve the following businesses’ yearly permits to sell alcoholic beverages in the City of Heavener:

Consumption on the premises: El Celaya; 128 Bar & Grill.

Consumption off the premises: Dollar General; El Salecito #3; Freeway Store (formerly Tote-a-Poke #9); Freeway Store (formerly Tote-a-Poke #3); La Pasadita; KP’s; Choctaw Travel Plaza.

Liquor stores: Sooner Liquor; Southside Liqour.

  1. Consider and take action on code violations for Alejandra Escalante-Guerrero, for property located at 205 West 4th, for rank weeds and grass.
