LeFlore County set a new daily record for coronavirus cases Tuesday, according to the Oklahoma Department of Health.
There were 41 new cases, breaking the previous record of 36 which was set on July 31. Spiro had 29 new cases, Heavener and Poteau each had five new cases and Bokoshe two.
Spiro currently has 60 active cases, Heavener has 39 and Poteau 25. New cases are up 1.07 percent from Monday.
The county has had 810 cases, 637 recoveries and 10 deaths.
