One Heavener resident passed away due to coronavirus, according to the latest report by the Oklahoma Department of Health.
The deceased was a female in the 65 and over group. She was the second Heavener resident and the seventh death in LeFlore County.
There were 24 new cases in Tuesday’s report. Poteau had eight cases, Heavener seven, Pocola, Spiro, Talihina and Wister each had two cases while Shady Point had one.
LeFlore County now has had 151 active cases. Heavener has 50 and Poteau 40.
