The Oklahoma Secondary School Athletic Association released its postseason brackets for Class 4A, Class 3A and Class 2A Friday.
In 4A, Poteau will play at Broken Bow Feb. 19. Both teams advance to the regionals the following week at Verdigris against the winners of the Verdigris/Catoosa district. The area site is at Checotah.
Heavener and Spiro are both in Area IV, but on different sides of the bracket. Heavener is in District 4 and hosts Idabel Feb. 19. Both Heavener and Idabel advance to the regional sub-site at Beggs and play Beggs and Sperry. The regional main site is at Antlers while the area is at Henryetta.
Spiro is in District 7 and visits Vian on Feb. 19. Spiro is the regional main site. The winner of the Spiro and Vian game plays Keys in the regional while the loser gets the bye. The area is at Henryetta.
In Class 2A, Pocola is in Area II while Howe and Panama are in Area IV.
In District 6 of Area II, Pocola hosts Hulbert Feb. 20. Both teams advance to the regionals at Hulbert against Nowata or Commerce. The area is at Fort Gibson.
In Area IV, Howe hosts Gore in District 5 on Feb. 20. The regional sub-site will also be at Howe against Wilburton or Savanna. The regional main site is at Warner with the area at Seminole.
Panama hosts Central Sallisaw in District 6 Feb. 20. Panama goes to the regional at Warner and plays Warner or Oktaha. The area site is at Seminole.
